Described by her clients and athletes as a “motivator” and “human lifesaver”, Tammy brings years of coaching experience to her role as a Life Coach with TSS Transformation.

Pairing warmth with a no-nonsense approach, Tammy leads clients to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.

Tammy earned her Professional Life Coach Certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute. Upon completion of the accredited Coach specific classes, Tammy was certified as a Professional Life Coach. She earned her second certification from Trinity School of Natural Health as a Certified Bible Life Coach in order to have the tools to coach from a biblical perspective if that is the path the client chooses. 

Tammy has made coaching and mentoring her career.

The owner of A+ All Star Productions, Tammy coached dancers, gymnasts and performers on the state, regional and national level for many years.

Since 2003, Tammy has coached the Indiana State University Spirit Squad, which includes cheerleaders, dancers and Sycamore Sam. 

Tammy is proud to lead the team's Community Service efforts, promoting volunteerism and leadership. She's also helped the ISU Athletic Department strengthen community service efforts for the entire University athletic community. In 2024 she helped launch two on-going partnerships with the Vigo County School Corporation, pairing student-athletes with elementary and middle school students.

Tammy is married to author and businessman Paul Shike, the couple reside in Terre Haute. Tammy's daughter, Taylor Schaffer, is the President and CEO of Downtown Indy, Inc.
